Return and Exchange Policy

At KSA Threads, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that we do not currently offer returns, but we do address any product damages.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please take a video while unboxing and send it to us via email or WhatsApp with your order number within 3 days of receiving the product. We will review the video and either exchange the item or issue a full refund upon receiving the damaged item back, in this case, we will be responsible for the courier fees both ways.

Size Issues

To avoid size issues, please carefully review our size guide before making a purchase. If you need to exchange for a different size if available, you’ll be responsible for the courier fees both ways.
