Delivery Process
A) How does delivery work?
Once you place an order on our website, our system begins processing it right away. Here’s how it goes:
Your item undergoes a thorough quality check before being handed over to our courier partner.
It is packaged securely to avoid any damage while in transit.
The item is then dispatched to your address.
If your location is not served by our delivery partners, our KSA Threads team will reach out to you to find an alternative solution.
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We strive to ship and deliver your products within a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 15 working days. However, since some items are made-to-order, there may occasionally be delays due to various factors. We ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays.
Please note that during festivals, adverse weather, or political events, deliveries may experience additional delays due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
C) Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from KSA Threads containing the tracking ID for your courier partner. You can simply click on the "TRACK ORDER" link and enter your order number or AWB to see the current status of your shipment.

B) Which locations do you serve?
KSA Threads delivers throughout India, ensuring that your order reaches you no matter where you are located in the country.
C) What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping, which can be selected during the checkout process.
D) Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.
E) Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option.
F) How are orders packaged?
We prioritize your satisfaction by ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Every item is carefully packaged to safeguard against any damage during delivery. We have received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging. We kindly request that you record an unboxing video (as mentioned on the courier bag) without any edits.
G) Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If your order has already been shipped and you wish to change the address, we will need to reship your order to the new address for a nominal fee based on your location.
International Shipping
KSA Threads also offers international shipping, providing our customers with attractive shipping options for all international orders. Currently, we accept international orders only through WhatsApp and email.
Please note that taxes and duties will be calculated based on your shipping destination and will be the responsibility of the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for any applicable import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country; payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Exchanges and returns are not available for international orders.
